KKK are a privately owned company based in Ludhiana, Punjab.

The wholly owned facility produces hot and cold forged items, mainly for the automotive sector.

ISO9001:2000 and TS-16949:2002 certified, KKK offer forgings from 1/2" (12mm) to 12 " (300mm) and upto 2kg.

Moulds for forgings are produced in-house (CAD, CNC and EDM support) and full prototyping support is available for long run items and updates throughout the product life-cycle.

 

Other in-house activities include:

• Heat treatment
• Salt bath annealing
• Milling/Grinding/Shaping

Inspection is 100% at each stage with laboratory support for non-destructive testing (NDT) (mass, dimension, density and chemical penetration), hardness, porosity, tensile strength and torsional flex.

KKK also offer a finished parts service, to tight tolerances and various surface finishes, and the option for pre-packaged OEM spares.

Export destinations include Italy and the USA.
