Savoy are a medium sized private company that has seen recent rapid growth through focussed product and production management.

Spilt over 4 facilities Savoy offer a vertically integrated organisation offering design, woven textiles and finished articles.

Savoy have a strong presence in the US market with several mass market leaders and some top end sector specialists. (Details on request)

Designs are available in-house or to customer order. Material weights may be specified as may colours, finish and branding.

 

 

Production options:

• Thread count can be specified on all woven products
• Softness/absorbancy ratios on all towelling products (dobby, jacquard(carded, Egyption, bamboo, micro-fibre), dyed yarn)
• Customer branding or Savoy Creations brand for no cost differential
• Design ownership with the customer

Production is predominantely on shuttleless looms (some power looms) in large well lit and ventilated facilities. Three of the four facilities are new or have been refurbished. Plans exist to upgrade or replace the final plant. Machinery investment has been significant with an emphasis on the end product being the driving decision making factor.

Quality in all areas, from product design to packaging, is to be commended and has given Savoy an advantage in a highly competitive market, with similar sized organisations in the same area. The management team is knowledgeable and as flexible as their manufacturing capabilities.
